1. Seller information

This website and the digital products sold on it are operated by Inboxa LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (Original ID: 2026-001961296), with registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: simonaliapis@gmail.com.

2. Products

We sell digital products (e-books and other downloadable content) authored by Simona Liapis. All products are delivered exclusively in digital format. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through this website. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.

Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with your download link. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill it for any reason.

4. Digital delivery

Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing a secure download link. The link is valid for 7 days and a limited number of downloads. If you experience any issue accessing your download, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resend the link.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device is compatible with the file format provided (PDF or equivalent). We do not guarantee compatibility with all e-reader devices or applications.

5. Refund policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed.

Exceptions: we will issue a full refund if (a) the file is corrupt or unreadable and we cannot provide a working replacement, or (b) you were charged but never received the download link and we cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days. Refund requests must be submitted to simonaliapis@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the download you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from that moment, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Intellectual property and license

All content sold on this website, including text, illustrations, and design, is the intellectual property of Simona Liapis and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Upon purchase you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the digital product for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the content in any form.
• Share, resell, sublicense, or publicly display the content.
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks.
• Use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable copyright law.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use this website or any purchased content to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of third parties, transmit unsolicited communications, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The digital products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or completeness of the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inboxa LLC's total liability arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, USA.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Purchases made before a revision are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
